Think of a new type of self-service technology.What are the benefits of this technology?What are the disadvantages or problems?

•  Nowadays,our world has changed and dominated by technology almost 90%.So today,have are many type of self-service technology like ATM machines,operator service,paying bills online and many more.from this,there are have many advantages of self-service we can know,first it can saving time and cost.How I can says like that??this is because before have a self-service the person whose want to paying any bill must to waiting for a long time and take turn with long queue and this wasting their time just to seetle small matter like that.So now when have a self-service technology we don’t need to wasting time and it is actually can save a cost any more.However,everything have a strengthen and weaknesses,so the self-service technology also have a weaknesses like when our use a self service technology actually can waste our time if we have a service from operator service because sometime if we call operator service we must to take a long time to have any transferred from one part  to another part.In addition too,sometime with self-service also can make our getting stuck and it’s usually happen in ATM machines right??because sometime if our want make money draw the machine can’t to work properly and this is can make our very fed up to use it.However,in todays the self-service we can see everywhere and it is also a most important to our life….
